May has arrived! Perfect weather for getting out and exploring! We will be hosting our Hike a Houlagan event EVERY SATURDAY* at Powhatan State Park, where you can volunteer to walk a dog or come visit and see some of our dogs available for adoption!

*Hike-A-Houlagan is a weather-dependent event, so stay tuned for updates! First timers, if you would like to walk a dog, please fill out a volunteer form here. RSVP for the weekly hike starting late Wednesday using the sign-up form.
